Paralegal Karina Recinos is a member of the firm’s legal team, serving as a Paralegal and providing direct support to the attorneys in the preparation, organization, and management of legal cases. She is a bilingual professional with experience in case administration, preparation of legal documentation, and coordination of client communications. Throughout her professional career, she has developed strong organizational skills, strict confidentiality practices, and the ability to manage sensitive information qualities that are fundamental within the legal field.

In addition to her practical experience, Karina has received training in the legal field and administrative procedures related to family law in the United States, strengthening her ability to support attorneys effectively and guide clients through each stage of the legal process.

She is recognized for her responsibility, attention to detail, and commitment to client service. Her approach prioritizes clear communication, efficient organization, and consistent support for both the legal team and the families who trust the firm with important legal matters.

Raquel Posadas

Raquel Posadas serves as the firm’s Marketing Director and leads the development and implementation of strategies focused on positioning, growth, and institutional communication. Her approach combines strategic analysis, international perspective, and a strong understanding of the legal and financial sectors. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communication (CUM LAUDE) from the Catholic University of El Salvador and a Master's degree in Marketing and Communication from the Catholic University of San Antonio of Murcia (UCAM), Spain, as well as certifications in digital marketing, business management and artificial intelligence applied to marketing.

Throughout her career, she has led projects focused on brand positioning, business expansion, and the international development of organizations. Her work has included designing strategies for the entry of legal firms into new markets through market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning.

Her focus is on building strong, trustworthy, and differentiated brands within the legal industry by integrating traditional marketing, digital strategies, and technological tools to strengthen client acquisition and institutional reputation.

Raquel is known for her strategic mindset and results-driven approach, always prioritizing professional ethics, innovation, and the creation of long-term value for both the firm and its clients.

Katherine Chavarría

Katherine Chavarría is the firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and plays a fundamental role in coordinating teams, strengthening internal processes, and executing strategic initiatives. Her work focuses on keeping operations aligned with the firm’s goals, values, and service standards. She has professional training in visual arts and graphic design in El Salvador, along with specialized studies in digital marketing and advertising in Latin America. Her background combines creativity, strategic thinking, and organizational skills, allowing her to approach operations from a comprehensive and results-oriented perspective.

Within the team, Katherine contributes to project planning and coordination, cross-departmental communication, and the continuous improvement of workflows. She also draws on her experience in communications, branding, and marketing to ensure the firm’s initiatives are carried out consistently, efficiently, and professionally.

William Benitez

William Benítez is part of the Human Resources department at Benitez Family Law, where he plays a fundamental role in talent management and strengthening the firm’s organizational structure. His work focuses on ensuring that teams operate efficiently, remain aligned with the firm’s values, and stay committed to providing professional, high-quality service. He completed his academic studies in the United States, earning an Associate degree in Architecture followed by a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management. This background has enabled him to develop a strong foundation in organization, planning, and team coordination within demanding and dynamic environments.

William stands out for his commitment to organizational development and employee well-being. He actively contributes to improving internal processes and building a strong workplace culture. His ability to manage responsibilities with sound judgment, organization, and professionalism makes him a valuable member of the firm.

Daniel Cerros

Daniel Cerros leads the firm’s operations and technology department, developing internal systems and digital tools that allow the legal team to work in an organized, efficient, and client-focused manner. He has an academic background in business administration in El Salvador, with specialization in organizational management and the development of operational systems for businesses. His work focuses on designing internal processes, implementing technological solutions, and optimizing workflows that support the firm’s daily operations.

Within the organization, Daniel plays a key role in strengthening the firm’s technological infrastructure, improving internal communication, and developing systems that help deliver a more efficient and structured service to clients.
