U Visa Attorneys inNorth Carolina
For victims of certain crimes who helped, or are willing to help, the police
Great people and Amazing communication!! We felt heard each step of the way. A special thanks to Rudy for making our experience 10/10!!The U Visa exists for people who were victims of certain crimes in the United States and who helped, or are willing to help, police or prosecutors. It can provide legal status, a work permit, and after some time, the possibility of applying for residency. It is not automatic and not every crime qualifies. That’s why the first step is an honest evaluation.
